Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased through NEET Academy, including neetacademy.net, onlineneet.in, mobile applications, online courses, live classes, recorded classes, mock tests, CBT examinations, test series, study material and other digital educational services.

1. About NEET Academy

NEET Academy provides online educational services to students preparing for NEET and other academic examinations.

2. Cancellation Before Access

A student may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment if the purchased digital course or service has not been meaningfully accessed or consumed.

A refund may be approved after verification of the transaction and account activity.

3. Digital Content

Because NEET Academy provides digital educational services, the following generally become non-refundable once substantially accessed, downloaded, streamed, attempted or consumed:

• Recorded classes
• Live-class packages after classes have commenced
• Downloadable study material
• PDFs
• Question banks
• Mock-test series
• CBT examinations
• Test papers
• Premium educational content
• Course recordings
• Special preparation programs

Purchasing a digital service does not create an automatic right to a refund after substantial consumption of that service.

4. Live Classes

Once a live course or batch has commenced, cancellation requests will generally not qualify for a refund solely because the student no longer wishes to continue.

However, NEET Academy may review exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment
• Verified technical failure caused by NEET Academy
• Cancellation of a course by NEET Academy
• Material failure to provide the purchased service
• Other circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law

5. Duplicate Payments

If a student is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

6. Technical Problems

If a student cannot access a purchased service because of a verified technical issue attributable to NEET Academy, the student should contact support@neetacademy.net.

Depending on the circumstances, NEET Academy may:

• Restore access;
• Extend the student's access period;
• Provide an alternative service;
• Reschedule a class or test; or
• Provide an appropriate refund where the purchased service cannot reasonably be delivered.

7. Course Cancellation by NEET Academy

If NEET Academy cancels a paid course or is unable to provide the purchased service, affected students may be offered an appropriate alternative, extension or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Academic Results

Payment for a NEET Academy course, test series, class, or other educational service does not constitute a guarantee of:

• NEET qualification;
• A particular NEET score;
• A particular rank;
• Admission to a particular college;
• Admission to MBBS/BDS or another course; or
• Any specific academic result.

A student's academic result, by itself, does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Promotional and Discounted Products

Promotional offers, discounted packages, scholarships, special batches, free trials and other promotional services may have additional or different cancellation conditions.

Where applicable, those conditions will be displayed before purchase.

10. Refund Request

A refund request should contain:

• Student name
• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address
• Order/transaction ID
• Name of purchased course/service
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

11. Refund Review

Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that a refund will be approved.

NEET Academy will review the transaction, service accessed, reason for the request and applicable terms before making a decision.

12. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, NEET Academy will initiate the refund through the applicable payment provider.

The time taken for the refund to reach the student's bank account, card, UPI account or other payment method may depend on the payment gateway and financial institution.

13. No Transfer of Purchased Accounts

Paid courses, subscriptions and accounts are intended for the student who purchased or was enrolled in the service.

Sharing, selling, transferring or commercially distributing account credentials or paid educational content may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to this Policy

NEET Academy may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the NEET Academy website.
